The Science Program at HHS is developed through a partnership with Columbia University Teachers' College. Our hands-on science program focuses on connecting classroom instruction and discussions to a direct experience of the outside world through a series of activities and class trips to gardens, parks, greenhouses, farmers' markets, farms, and an overnight OPEX (OPeration EXplorer) trip at the NY Taconic State Park.
