Our Office Staff

Bertilia has been our Parent Coordinator since we first officially became a School back in 2007. She has been working for the DOE for the last 20 years. She is a true advocate for the parents and children of our School. She is extremely passionate about the School's philosophy and Community. She is committed to encouraging parents so that they can make the best decisions for their children both academically and developmentally.

Her dedication in creating community is unwavering. Bringing people together is a passion of hers, which is why she holds an annual Multicultural Festival to celebrate our diversity. 

 Bertilia lives happily with her beautiful family in the Bronx. 

Olitha has been with the HHS Family since 2011. She has been working for the DOE for 17 years. She is the rock in our Main Office and overall daily operations of the school. She works incredibly hard to ensure that our records and administrative needs are in perfect order. 

 Olitha brings warmth and compassion to our school. You'll find her smiling at you as you enter school in the morning. Make sure to come say HI!

Helen has been with the HHS Family since 2008. She has been working with the DOE for the last 24 years. You'll find Helen pretty much everywhere, helping Teachers, our Principal, the office Staff and most of all, our Students.

Helen is passionate about making each student feel supported and appreciated for who they are. She truly enjoys serving the needs of our School Community and making everyone feel welcome. 

Helen lives happily with her beautiful family including her sweet pups and cats, in Washington Heights. 

Flavia has been with the HHS Family since 2007. She has been working with the DOE for the last 16 years. Flavia's specialty is getting things done! You'll find her always in the middle of some project supporting our teachers and staff. 

Flavia is extremely vocal about her passion to serve the students of HHS. She works everyday to ensure that our children feel welcomed, safe and supported. 

Flavia lives happily with her beautiful family including her sweet cat Smokey and Ferret, in Hamilton Heights.
